General terms and conditions of business
1. General
The contract is concluded between Osira Complementary Therapy, Kornhausgasse 8, 4001 Basel - hereinafter referred to as Osira - and you.
2. Conclusion of contract
As soon as you have enrolled/registered for a course/training/seminar, this is binding. Binding participation refers entirely and exclusively to the personal details dutifully and truthfully provided in the form or application document. Your email address will automatically be added to the newsletter distribution list.
Osira reserves the right to reject participants due to inconsistent requirements. In this case, no binding obligation to pay costs arises. Participants who have already registered online for the seminars, meetings, groups or retreats may be rejected by Osira if there are appropriate reasons for doing so.
3. Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your registration at a later date, you must submit a written request with valid reasons to Osira no later than 60 days before the start of the course. Requests in the form of emails will be rejected. After the application form or registration has been submitted, Osira is entitled to invoice the service or seminar costs. Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the group, session or seminar. For cancellations made within 90 days of the start of the group, session or seminar, 50% of the service or seminar costs will be charged. For cancellations during the group, session or seminar, 100% of the service or seminar costs must be borne by the participant.

You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise you will be charged for the session. For an appointment to Stop Smoking or Get Rid of Phobias, you must cancel at least 7 days in advance. For seminars, groups and VIP services, the cancellation conditions under point 3 apply.
5. Data protection
We value your trust and take the utmost care to protect your personal data from unauthorized access. The same applies to updating your stored records.
The data necessary for business processing are stored and passed on to affiliated companies as part of the order processing.
6. Place of jurisdiction
Basel-Stadt is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
